Do you want to know what your main functions would be ? We tell you: Analysis of sales team portfolios, including CC. Control of equitable distribution of agency leads and CRM management. Product portfolio control. Follow-up analysis. Establishment of shifts and control of the Employee Portal. Team coordination and management. Support for special operations. Visit and sale. Sales force performance monitoring. Report to Dir.Com and CMO. Commercial initiatives and identification of opportunities. research. What do we need from you? Experience in the Real Estate sector. Both second hand and new construction. Experience in coordinating/leading teams. CRM domain. Leadership and goal orientation. Analytical capacity. Negotiating skills. Mastery of English.
