The facility is located in the strongSouthern Madrid industrial zone /strong and offers a dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement and high-quality standards. /ppWe are looking to expand the Quality department with the addition of a: /ppbr/ppstrongQUALITY COORDINATOR /strong /ppbr/ppReporting to the Quality Director, the primary mission of the Quality Coordinator is to lead the daily quality control operations and ensure all manufactured products meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements. This involves coordinating quality processes across production lines, satellite plants, and engineering teams to proactively establish a strong"right first time" culture /strong and implement strongrobust corrective and preventive actions /strong to eliminate recurrence of quality issues. /ppbr/ppThis role includes direct supervision of a team of Quality Technicians/Inspectors. /ppbr/ppstronguKEY RESPONSABILITIES /u /strong /ppbr/ppThe selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations: /ppbr/pullistrongProblem Solving: /strong Understand the root cause of the main quality issues (customer rejections, complaints, internal Non-Conformities (NC's), scrap, etc.). /lilistrongCorrective Actions: /strong Implement robust corrective actions and verify their effectiveness to avoid recurrence. /lilistrongPreventive Actions: /strong Implement preventive actions and standardize learnt lessons/good practices across the production lines. /lilistrongProduction Collaboration: /strong Coordinate closely with strongProduction /strong to implement a strong"right first time" culture /strong and strong"error-proofing initiatives," /strong while improving the understanding of customer requirements. /lilistrongProcess Improvement: /strong Coordinate work with strongProcess Engineers /strong on Continuous Improvement projects such as strongFOD /strong (Foreign Object Debris), strongvision systems /strong, and strongNadcap /strong initiatives. /lilistrongStandardization: /strong Coordinate work with strongSatellite Plants /strong in standardization plans. /lilistrongDocumentation Audits: /strong Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and participate in internal/external quality audits. /li /ullibr/lipstronguCANDIDATE PROFILE /u /strong /ppbr/ppstrongEducation Experience /strong /ppbr/pullistrongDegree in Engineering /strong is required. /liliMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a demanding industrial environment. /liliExperience in leading or coordinating a technical team (Quality Technicians/Inspectors). /liliExperience coordinating projects and standardization plans with different departments and strongSatellite Plants /strong. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTechnical Skills Quality Expertise /strong /ppbr/pulliAdvanced knowledge and proficiency in strongdata software’s /strong for analysis and reporting (e.g., advanced Excel, Minitab, database systems). /liliStrong knowledge of strongStatistical or Six Sigma /strong methodologies. /liliExpertise in formal strongProblem Solving /strong tools (e.g., 8D methodology, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to understand the root cause of issues (NC’s, scrap, complaints) and implement robust, effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). /liliFamiliarity with continuous improvement processes and projects like strongFOD /strong (Foreign Object Debris), strongvision systems /strong, and strongNadcap /strong initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSoft Skills Language /strong /ppbr/pullistrongEnglish speaking /strong is mandatory (high professional proficiency, both written and verbal). /liliExcellent coordination and collaboration skills to work closely with Production and Process Engineers. /liliProactive leader capable of promoting a strong“right first time” culture /strong and driving strongerror-proofing initiatives /strong. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongHighly Valued /strong /ppbr/pulliCertification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt). /liliExperience as an Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001). /li /ulpbr/ppstronguWHAT WE OFFER: /u /strong /ppbr/pulliCompetitive salary package based on experience. /liliThe opportunity to join a solid, growing company in the industrial/chemical sector. /liliContinuous professional development and training. /liliLocation in the strongSouthern Madrid /strong industrial zone with good transport links.
