Description Your mission will be to lead PLD Space international social media and community management strategy, nurturing our community with corporate, educative and engaging content. Responsibilities Define social media and community management strategy and tactics for a Spanish and English-speaking multi-stakeholder audience. Define and execute PLD Space organic and paid content calendar, aligning social content to tech development, brand, sales & marketing, ESG and corporate communications. Define and establish social media OKRs based on reach, fans and interaction metrics. Develop reputational guidelines and messaging together with Corporate Communications for specific social media platforms and potentially high-risk crisis moments. Able to manage, organize an create company’s editorial content. Define and design creative assets with internal designers and video producers. Required knowledge Degree in journalism, digital marketing, communications and/or PR & Advertising, although it’s not mandatory. Well-qualified training on social media and community management. Basic knowledge on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and video edition. Experience at least 2 years in similar functions, preferably (but it's not a must) in highly innovative B2B brands. Understand B2B marketing and communication dynamics. Excellent writing ability. Excellent organizational skills. Able to execute and measure consistently. Autonomy. Creativity. Desired competencies High-tech and/or space lover. Global vision.
