We are looking for our Boutique in Barcelona, a Client Advisor for an interim mission :Contract type : through agencyStarting date : ASAPLocation : BarcelonaOverview of the job :Provide an outstanding customer service experience (highly personalized and efficient) and be an excellent ambassador for the Christian Louboutin brand as part of a high performing sales team.Main tasks and responsabilities :Build quality relationships with customers resulting in strong sales records and customers’ loyalty by using advanced sales techniquesProvide exceptional standards of customer experience surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony through the whole process of their experienceAssess customer needs and advise on product ranges best suitedDemonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviourDevelop a detailed knowledge of the product including construction, materials, care and design in order to provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer serviceDemonstrate a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique performance and reach individual and store targetsAttend and participate in all training and events as requiredPerform back-office activities such as: data entry into the system (customers and sales), inter store movements, stock counting, product receiving, daily closures, inventories, cleanliness of the sales floor, client database...Manage returned items, including filing any damage etc…Inform Management about litigations and escalate complex casesEnsure stock replenishment at all times and report shortagesSupport the visual merchandising to the highest standardFollow all company procedures in ordering, cash handling and other common practicesDevelop curiosity and knowledge of the competition and build networkProfilemininum 3 years’ experience as Client Advisor (or similar position) for a luxury brandPrevious experience in selling high end luxury products (shoes and leather goods accessories) preferableExcellent understanding of store procedures and selling techniquesPassion for fashion luxury and for the brandStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident and able to interact appropriately and professionally with customers in order to maximize salesExtremely customer service and results orientatedMotivated, positive and committed with a can do attitudeAbility to achieve a strong sales recordTeam player and willingness to perform varied tasks depending on the needs of the businessExcellent personal appearance – smart with a sense of individual styleVersatile and flexibleStrong follow up and customer service managementExcellent attention to detailsOpenminded and humbleGood computer skills (Microsoft Excel, ERP etc.)LanguagesFluent in Spanish and English a mustAdditional languages (French or others) are a plus.Are you interested and do you have the required skills?Send us your CV and cover letter in English.
