We are Scienseed , a communications, marketing, and advertising agency specializing in scientific and technical communications . We work on innovative projects with significant social impact, collaborating closely with major international organizations, foundations, research centers, the pharmaceutical industry, and small tech startups. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take responsibility for the company’s performance and long-term growth. The CEO will oversee financial, legal, and operational management, ensure the achievement of business objectives, and provide clear direction to the organization. During an initial transition period, the CEO will work in close shadowing with the Founder and Creative Director to ensure continuity and a smooth handover of responsibilities. Over time, the CEO will assume full executive authority, while maintaining a collaborative partnership with the Founder to align business strategy with the company’s creative vision. As a data-driven organization, we value rational and evidence-based decision-making. The CEO is expected to embody this approach, combining analytical rigor with strong people leadership — demanding high standards while fostering an environment where talent can thrive. Lead the company’s financial, legal, commercial and operational management, ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead high-performing teams. Experience in people management, including talent development and HR-related responsibilities. Fluency in English and Spanish.
