This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the gastronomic identity of a dynamic and growing restaurant. /pulliControls kitchen costs to ensure that the restaurant meets budget and increase profitability /liliControls kitchen maintenance, repairs and other related expenses /liliMonitors ordering and receiving food products and other supplies as required for daily operations /liliObserves compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as, governmental laws and regulations /liliSupervises and takes part in the preparation and production of all food products /liliInspects all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards /liliInspects products quality during and after preparation, and makes adjustments as required /liliEnsures that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working conditions through personal inspection and by following the stores preventive maintenance programs /liliMeets customer requirements in terms of special requests and dietary needs /liliManages the kitchen staff through coaching and training, in order to improve /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliPrevious Experience as Chef de cuisine in a premium/ fine dining environment in hotels, resorts or standalone restaurants. /liliDeep knowledge and previous experience with Greek or mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting tradition. /liliFluent in Spanish; English is desirable /liliStrong leadership and team management skills. /liliHigh standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control. /liliExcellent organizational and communication abilities. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongBenefits: /strong /pulliCompetitive Salary. /liliSeasonal role (contrato fijo-discontinuo) /liliDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /liliCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
