The Facilities Manager will provide support to the Facilities Team at Plaza Premium Group Spain, contributing to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring prompt maintenance and upkeep of facilities services, anticipating individual needs, and prioritizing guest safety and comfort. Coordinate with Housekeeping for maintenance activities. brPrepare budgets (Capital Expenditure and Facilities Management). brCoordinate renovation projects. brOversee contractors and subcontractors. brManage department expenses and inventory. brMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). brCollaborate with operations and facility management leadership. br brQualities Requirements br br~5+ years of experience in facilities management, process improvement, customer service, or hospitality. br~3+ years of experience in CAPEX budgeting. br~ Strong computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams). br~
