Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Your Mission Reporting to the Retail & OOH Sales Director you will be responsible for contributing on the development of the Retail and Foodservice Channels. What you will do Support the Development of the Retail and Foodservice Channel: Manage customers in cooperation with the Key Account Managers to better understand the business and to be proactive for future requests. Follow up & report on customer’s KPI’s along with the KAM’. Clarify deviations and help to put corrective actions in place. Provide support on the organization of tailor-made Innovation Days and Specials events designed for top customers by collaborating with internal business departments. Assist in mapping strategic customers to have a full customer overview and detect new opportunities. Manage and follow up on documentary requests coming from the different customers’ demands (Quality, Logistics…) Be part of the international meetings and communications of the channel’s global accounts. Develop, formulate and implement a plan for the assigned accounts. Reach the assigned portfolio of accounts profitability objectives. Build the customer profile and keep the Opportunities up to date in CRM. Follow and keep up to date the different sales tools (CRM, Power BI and IBP). What we expect from you Ideally will have a bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent 2-3 years of experience at least on sales positions or in business development areas. Strong interpersonal skills: high customer orientation, capable of building long term relationships based on trust. High Analytical skills. Technical base knowledge of Bakery and Patisserie finished goods, ingredients and production process will be a plus. Heavy user of different digital tools: customer CRM and Office. Business fluent in English . Residency preferably in Madrid or nearby
