Job Type: Internship (6 months)Leonid Group is an international talent acquisition consulting company, relentless in its pursuit of redefining good service in the recruitment industry. We only work on a retained basis, and we have successfully delivered over 98% of our client instructions, placing more than 500 candidates across 13 countries.We operate in the fields of Corporate Governance (In-house Legal, Compliance, Audit, Investigations) and Innovation Incentives (RD Tax and Grant Funding) working with clients in the UK, EU, US and APAC.Our delivery model is engineered to deliver the best possible customer service to clients and candidates; we hold ourselves to high standards, offering predefined guaranteed timelines of delivery and an innovative technology platform including video shortlisting. We only work on retained mandates so our KPIs are based on quality metrics, not CVs sent; focused on doing the right thing, not the easy thing..ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Candidate Outreach Consultant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with candidates in our CRM system and community. Your primary responsibilities will include:Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to candidates via phone calls to keep in touch, understand their current situation, and gather updates on their career aspirations and requirements.Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and insights from candidate interactions and pass them on to Principle Consultants for further action.Data Management: Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term engagement.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular outreach calls to candidates in our CRM system and community.Gather and document updates on candidates' career situations and requirements.Generate leads and insights from candidate interactions and share them with Principle Consultants.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the CRM system.Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.Provide market insights and trends to the team to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A proactive and results-driven approach.What We Offer:Competitive salary, commission, and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact on candidates' careers.
