This includes overseeing the lifecycle process, assisting in the strategic sourcing of products, services and solutions with a focus on driving cost savings, and closely collaborating with the Supplier Sourcing Management Compliance teams to facilitate seamless supplier onboarding and compliance screening. /ppbr/ppThis will be a highly visible role within our organization, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders, vendors and suppliers to ensure contract delivery, supporting business continuity operational efficiency. /ppbr/ppstrongRole and Responsibilities: /strong /ppstronguStrategic Sourcing: /u /strong /pp-Develop and implement sourcing strategies, best practices and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives /pp-Conduct marketing research to identify, evaluate and select suppliers, analyzing trends and negotiate favorable terms /pp-Use data-driven insights to create and defend category strategies, ensuring alignment with both cost-saving and patient quality service objectives /ppbr/ppstronguSupplier Management and Negotiations /u /strong /pp-Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships through regular evaluations and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards /pp-Lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing, service levels and contract terms while identifying opportunities for supplier consolidation and process improvements /ppbr/ppstronguContract Management /u /strong /pp-Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, TCs and SLAs. /ppbr/ppstronguStakeholder Collaboration /u /strong /pp-Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Operations) to align sourcing strategies with business needs. Provide expert guidance on procurement processes and maintain effective communication channels adopting a value-driven mindset /pp-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with organizational needs and budget requirements /ppbr/ppstronguReporting Documentation /u /strong /pp-Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier communications, and contact details. Prepare reports on sourcing performance, cost savings and vendor performance /ppbr/ppstronguContinuous Improvement /u /strong /pp-Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sourcing processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency /pp-Adopt innovative technologies and best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs and maintain high standards of patient care /ppbr/ppstrongEducation Requirements Desired Skills: /strong /pp-A bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (or related field) from an accredited university or college /pp-3/5 years of relevant Sourcing and Supplier management experience /pp-Excellent communication skills and matrix leadership experience /pp-Strong financial, quantitative, data analysis skills and budget planning /pp-Supplier Relationship Management, contract negotiation without much legal guidance /pp-Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize with strong attention to detail /pp-Proven ability to develop, lead and implement projects with high business impact /pp-Comprehensive understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycles /pp-Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies /p
