pJob Title: Warehouse Procurement Specialist (Spain) /ppbr/ppLocation: Spain, Guadalajara /ppExperience Level: 1-3 Years /ppbr/ppPosition Summary /ppThe Warehouse Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring a broad range of goods and services essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities in Spain. This role is critical for ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of all necessary materials and services. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /ppAsset and Equipment Procurement: Purchase warehouse assets and equipment (e.g., shelving, MHE - Material Handling Equipment, IT hardware) in line with operational requirements and budget constraints. /ppConsumables and Packaging: Manage the procurement of all packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and other essential operational consumables. /ppOutsourcing and Services: Source and manage contracts for outsourced services, including but not limited to cleaning, security, maintenance, and other external service providers. /ppLeasing and Facility Services: Handle the procurement related to facility leasing, equipment leasing, and general administrative services for the warehouse. /ppEngineering and Projects: Support procurement activities for warehouse engineering projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance. /ppVendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; manage and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness. /ppNegotiation and Cost Control: Conduct effective negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best value for the company and drive cost savings. /ppDocumentation and Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. /pp职位描述 /ppRequirements /ppExperience: 1-3 years of proven working experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce environment. /ppEducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline. /ppLanguage: Fluency in Chinese, Spanish is essential /ppbr/ppSkills: /ppStrong negotiation and contracting skills. /ppExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. /ppProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with procurement software (e.g., ERP systems, e-Sourcing platforms). /ppDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /ppLocation: Must be legally eligible to work in Spain and be based locally. /p
