pResponsibilities: /pp1. Lead the procurement process for all areas of Geely Auto In the local market, with focus on Marketing, Trade Marketing Logistics categories. /pp2. This role is responsible for the timely and cost-effective sourcing of indirect goods and services. /pp3. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to understand purchasing needs and ensure alignment with business strategies. /pp4. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in key areas such as transportation, storage, promotion, advertising, and events, considering criteria such as quality, reliability, cost, and compliance capacity. /pp5. Negotiate contracts with selected suppliers, ensuring favorable conditions in terms of prices, delivery times, quality, and service. /pp6. Manage ongoing relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during contract execution. /pp7. Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency in the supply chain and marketing activities, in coordination with internal and external teams. /pp8. Conduct market analysis and monitor relevant trends in the automotive industry to identify improvement opportunities and maintain competitiveness. /pp9. Participate in Tender processes and proposal evaluation, ensuring that requirements for quality, price, and time are met in all purchasing areas. /pp10. Develop policies and procedures for purchasing processes, including strategies such as single source and supplier recommendation, ensuring transparency and efficiency in procurement operations. /pp11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing transactions and contracts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations. /ppbr/ppBackground: /pp• At least 5 years’ experience in Procurement, where of 3 years of marketing categories. /pp• BS in Marketing, Administration or similar. /pp• Experience in the automotive sector is a big plus. Mass consume sector is a plus. /pp• Negotiation of marketing needs is a must. /pp• Strong analytical and good communication skills. /pp• Effective oral and written English communication skills – Additional languages (Chinese) are a big plus. /pp• Office apps. /p
