The International Trading Offices or ITO: Valencia (VTO), Rotterdam (RTO) Concarneau (CTO) are the entities in charge of the Ultra fresh procurement and it's distribution to METRO wholesale distributors. /ppThis position is located in VTO (Albuixech, Valencia) /pp Our goal from ITO is to provide the best products to our clients, becoming their top ally in the international semourcing selling of /em Ultra Fresh products  /pp Would you like to be part of a leading international team in expansion? /pp Are you looking to grow professionally in the Fruit and Vegetable sector? /pp Are you an analytical, committed person with strong leadership skills? /pp If your answer to all these questions is Yes /pp   We are looking for you /p h2Descripción del empleo /h2 pWe are looking for a Business Process Manager to provide solutions to ITO entities and who join the team at our Purchasing Center for Fruits and Vegetables, located in Albuixech (Valencia) /ppYou will lead the team responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing the organization's operational and administrative processes. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while working cross-functionally with other departments on projects within their area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities will include: /ppCoordinating and supervising the process management team, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. /ppLeading the mapping, documentation, and redesign of key business processes (BPM), identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. /ppProposing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or similar) to increase efficiency and reduce costs. /ppCollaborating with other functional areas (Sales, Finance, IT, Logistics, PC, Quality) to ensure process integration across departments. /ppTraining teams and promoting best practices. /ppDefining and monitoring KPIs. /p h2Requisitos /h2 pWhat are the requirements? /ppUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. /ppAdditional training in process management, continuous improvement or digital transformation. /ppAt least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational environments. /ppProven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. /ppExperience in the fruit and vegetable sector is highly valued. /ppProficiency in process and project modeling tools (Project, Visio, ARIS, etc.) /ppSolid knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies. /ppFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). /ppAdvanced Excel skills and other data analysis tools. /ppFluent spoken and written English. /p h2Información adicional /h2 pWhat do we offer? /pp Hybrid model: a combination of remote and on-site work. /pp Flexible compensation tailored to your needs. /pp Study support to boost your academic development. /pp An attractive training plan focused on your professional and personal growth. /pp Flexibility to help you balance work and personal life. /pp International work environment where you can learn and expand your knowledge. /p
