Development & Governance within AMS Our mission is to oversee and run the overall roadmap and development of innovation areas for the One AMS business across the Nordics and Baltics, including process, security & compliance. Your role as BPM in One AMS As a BPM Specialist you are at the very heart of AMS working according to the three guiding principles as stated above. Working with continually improving our process landscape in a standardized way means facilitating the organizational change as a process expert, not only supporting management in setting direction but also overseeing the operational implementation in the individual business areas. A large part of this work consists of collecting and analysing data to identify potential for optimization by reducing waste in the many value streams that delivers services for our outsourcing customers. Working with data and process analysis is a common task for our team of BPM specialists and ServiceNow Product Owners with this role specifically aiming at the process part of our standardizing strategy. Our framework for working with processes is based on a Lean Six Sigma methodology and you will have the opportunity to help us mature the framework, as we are in the defining phase. Responsibilities: • Assist Process Owners with defining and scoping their process. • Assisting the Process Owner in establishing process documentation • Drive and consult departments in measuring process performance and capability for processes. • Conduct reviews together with the BPM Owner to identify poor performing processes in the process landscape. • Facilitate continual improvement of processes across the organization. • Assisting Process Owners and Process Managers with operational implementation of processes • Provide training and raises process awareness. • Assist in design and implementation of needed capabilities. This is what we are looking for in You The role as BPM specialist requires you to establish a broad network among the central stakeholders in the AMS organization to enable the change management needed to success with driving the process optimization effort together with the Process Owners in the management teams across the business units. While the ability to facilitate process workshop is key in the role, data analysis is the foundation for doing so, thus the ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of this, Six Sigma tools or other relevant experience involving extracting meaning of disorganized data. Preferably the candidate will have some form of formal process education but need not be accredited in Lean Six Sigma, since internal training can be provided in the team.
