Responsibilities Join our Business Operations tam and make a difference in expanding our network for our customers to have more diverse options to send or receive money. We're looking for a self-motivated and innovative Operations Business Analyst to play a key role in coordinating and integrating new business and support our existing network of payout and sending partners. You will have the unique opportunity of working with our global partners in different countries. Key responsibilities As a Business Operations Analyst you’ll be focusing on our Mobile Wallet Network, working closely with our IT Team and helping them with the pre-analysis of the Mobile Wallets APIs we’re currently in the process of onboarding. You will also be in touch with our BDMs and partners, globally. There will be some Project Management involved, too. Qualifications Experience in Payment industries or 3rd parties API integration is a must Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Provide project management of special initiatives as directed.
