Who are we?

We are a leading manufacturer of Home Care products.

We are present in 40 countries with 12 brands, working in multiple categories (detergents, bleaches, air fresheners, fabric softeners, household cleaners...). We produce in our own 2 factories of Seville and Mataró (Barcelona), acquired at the time to Procter & Gamble, Henkel and Dalli, all of them of the highest technology.

With 300 million euros in turnover and more than 600 employees, we are continuing to expand thanks to an ambitious growth strategy.

About the job

From Bluesun we are looking for a Brand Manager for our Brand Marketing Area in the Marketing department.

Duties and key responsibilities:

  • Define and implement brand strategies aligned with business and category objectives across Europe.
  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for each brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional strategies.
  • Lead product portfolio management, including product lifecycle, renovation and innovation planning.
  • Drive new product development (formulation, packaging, communication elements and others) in collaboration with R&D, Operations, Sales and external partners.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage pricing, positioning and assortment strategies across different countries.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Trade Marketing, Communication) to ensure consistent brand execution and alignment.
  • Monitor brand health and business performance using data and KPIs such as market share, volumes, and profitability.
  • Adapt brand strategies to local market requirements while maintaining core identity and consistency.

Skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field, ideally with a master’s degree in a business school.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally Brand Manager or similar position in a FMCG company.
  • Proven ability to manage brands across multiple European markets.
  • Experience with product development and portfolio management.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities.
