pbr/ppstrongWe´re looking for part time (36 h per week) Beauty Advisor for our store in ECI Pintor Sorolla. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongKey Functions Responsibilities /strong /polli· Tailor each experience to meet consumer specific needs, while showcasing high level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques. /lili· Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) both fragrance and make up, and make up application techniques to provide best results for consumers. /lili· Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales reaching weekly targets, generate new business; particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any. /lili· Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more. /lili· Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines. /lili· Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards. /lili· Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and organization. /lili· Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when handling consumer enquiries and objections. /lili· Ensure stock availability of all references. /li /olpstrongRequirements /strong /pulli· Experience within consumer service, ideally in retail. /lili· Make Up Artistry skills. /lili· Fluent English Spanish.
