pEtro spa es una marca italiana de moda y lujo, fundada en 1969 y que pone su atencion a la calidad de los tejidos y estampados. /ppTiene collecciones pret à porter para hombre y mujer y acesorios. /ppbr/ppFor our boutique in Barcelona we are looking for a Senior Client Advisor available for work full-time. /p pShe/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand. /p p strongKey Responsibilities /strong: /pulliProvide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage /liliAssist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony /liliDiscuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products /liliEnsure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business /liliBuild and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies /liliEstablish good group dynamics, through efficient communication /liliContribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines /liliHelp ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise /li /ulpFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Requirements /strong /pulliDeep passion for fashion and luxury /liliExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companies /liliAbility to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude /liliAbility to adapt to different customers /liliTeam-playing attitude /liliStrong communication skills /liliAbility to work in a dynamic environment /liliFluent in spanish and english.
