Job Description Design, develop, implement scalable systems and architectures ◊ Mentor and grow next line of junior engineers by giving them technical leadership and direction ◊ Building reusable code and libraries for future use ◊ Mitigate reliability failures and production issues in our systems ◊ Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and customer experience ◊ Implementation of security and data protection ◊ Write unit tests and integration tests using a modern testing framework Qualifications Must Haves: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and managing distributed applications or services in either Python,Java, Golang, Ruby, Rust or other similar general purpose languages. ◊ Solid understanding of distributed system fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot issues in a larger distributed infrastructure. ◊ Experience working with relational or graph databases on production environment ◊ Professional experience utilizing Linux / Unix environment IBI Additional Information Ability to solve technical problems creatively ◊ Extremely detail & results oriented with ability to get things done ◊ High energy level with passion for technology & positive attitude ◊ Curiosity about how technology really works under the hood ◊ Driven to improve product progressively on daily basis & create value for stakeholders ◊ Strong sense of productivity and excellent time management skills ◊ Be willing to take initiatives and complete ownership of major features in the project ◊ Constant learner with flexibility to work on different technologies at the same time Experience working in Python language and Django Framework Excellent verbal and written communication skills ◊ Able to use own initiative ◊ Ability to work under pressure ◊ Able to work alone and with other people ◊ Passionate about technology
