We are looking for a B2C Customer Service Representative with German and English, who will take this role to the next level!
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in both German and English, embodying our commitment to making every customer's experience great.
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries, issues, and providing information about our motocross and mountain biking gear, apparel, and outerwear products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions, showcasing your passion for our brand.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer database, ensuring we keep the rider community informed and satisfied.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues, reflecting our commitment to teamwork.
- Identify and report customer feedback and trends to help improve our products and services, making a meaningful impact on our rider-centric approach.
You have:
- We’re looking for a candidate who can adapt quickly to change, be flexible, and adjust effectively to changes in the business environment to achieve our goals.
- English is essential, as it is the company's language of communication.
- Fluency German (verbal and written) is a must, allowing you to connect with our diverse global customer base. Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embodying our dedication to making customers' lives easier.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, essential for addressing unique customer needs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, mirroring the spirit of "work hard, play harder."
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
