We are looking for a Sales and Business Development professional (Castelldefels, Barcelona Spain, full-time) who will play a key role within the startup with the goal of developing and implementing the pillars of Geoskop’s business strategy. 1. Developing Geoskop's business strategy . As a young start-up, Geoskop has its own validated climate prediction algorithms and is currently developing its marketing and sales strategy. As a Sales Manager, you are expected to develop, manage and apply in collaboration with the CEO: Customer's database (experience with the ERP/CRM Dolivarr is welcome) Geoskop's sales funnel (for two different business lines). Cross-selling strategy. Client retention strategy. 2. Implementation of the commercial strategy of Geoskop . Make the above plan a reality, test it, improve it and, most of all, make sales. Our clients are large SME and large enterprises, different deparments might be involved during the selling process. Scout and segment the market, generate leads. Map organizations and potential customer departments, identify stakeholders and sales-leads. Transfer all the field knowledge to Geoskop ERP. Attend meetings with customers and potential customers. Follow-up with clients and leads. Detect additional services that add value to the customer. 3. Daily operations . Help the CEO of Geoskop with the business' daily operations such as reporting, organizing meetings, etc. To enjoy your work in Geoskop, you should: Have no less than 3 years of experience in B2B sales in sectors such as energy, banking, insurance, agriculture or similar. Fluent in English, Spanish is welcome. With tactical (sales) and strategic (business development) thinking. Be ready to follow-up leads. Be very proactive and optimistic Be very organized, with the ease of managing your own sales program and a ERP/CRM. Not afraid to pick up the phone and call the customer.
