Job Title: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator – English Required

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities inspired by Montessori principles for children aged 6 months to 6 years.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, independence, and social-emotional growth.
• Observe and document each child’s progress, providing individualized support to foster their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure a consistent and supportive learning experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Studies or qualifications in early childhood education (0–6 years). Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with children aged 6 months to 6 years in an educational or childcare setting.
• A deep understanding of child development and a passion for Montessori-inspired practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
