Job Title: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator – English RequiredLocation: Barcelona, SpainAbout Little Forest Montessori:Little Forest Montessori is a warm, welcoming, and inclusive school inspired by the Montessori philosophy, located in the heart of Barcelona. Whether you are an experienced Montessori teacher or have a strong background in early childhood education, we would love to meet you!Responsibilities:Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities inspired by Montessori principles for children aged 6 months to 6 years.Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, independence, and social-emotional growth.Observe and document each child’s progress, providing individualized support to foster their development.Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure a consistent and supportive learning experience.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.Studies or qualifications in early childhood education (0–6 years). Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.Experience working with children aged 6 months to 6 years in an educational or childcare setting.A deep understanding of child development and a passion for Montessori-inspired practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.Legal authorization to work in Spain.How to Apply:Please send your CV to info@littleforestmontessori.com.
