ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

About Keonn
Keonn is a manufacturer of RFID hardware and software products for different sectors, like retail, healthcare, libraries, industry, and logistics.
We provide RFID systems mainly for the retail and healthcare sectors, as well as RFID UHF components, like antennas, multiplexers, and readers for any industry.
Keonn’s team is comprised of experienced engineers and PhDs with deep knowledge in fields like radiofrequency, antennas, electronics, firmware, and cloud-based software.

Job position
We are looking for a person to support us in the administrative management of billing and accounting.

Main tasks
Management of supplier invoices: scanning and archiving of pdfs.
Management of supplier invoices: download invoices online & register them in our system (check receipt of goods, register new suppliers, enter invoices in our records).
Downloading of bank statements, reconciliation of customer invoice collections and supplier payments.

Invoice Reconciliation

We expect
Knowledge of accounting and the chart of accounts.
Minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in international business.
Knowledge of English (minimum B2)
Availability to work part-time.
