Read on. /ppbr/ppstrongAudio-Visual Production Manager /strong /ppbr/ppResponsible for the planning and coordination of the pre-production, production and post-production of product photography content, campaign shootings and all the needs around photo and video for both corporate and commercial purposes. /ppbr/ppYou will work together with the logistics department, the product design department and the content design team, in order to carry out the photo and video shoots. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppResponsible for the correct operation of the Photo Video studio and leadership of the team of photographers, videographers and project managers /ppEffectively schedule internal and external resources to ensure that projects are completed on time/budget /ppPreparation of annual budgets based on the go to market plan and key business initiatives /ppAbility to plan, organize and manage photography shoots on short notice. Hire and manage photographers and stylists /ppOrganization of documentation, inventories and control of product samples /ppManagement of permits, rental of technical equipment, management of filming insurance, appointments, reservations and reception of equipment /ppSupport in the production of special shootings /ppPre-production: Making sure to connect with the right partners based on the project. Provision of materials needed for shootings (sending of product, booking management, planning, ordering of material). Organizing pre production meetings to make sure all the stakeholders are aligned and that all points of the shooting are covered. /ppProduction: Supervise the staff during video production.
