Responsibilities

1. Mainly to plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operations of a solar power plant.
2. Takes the responsibility of monitoring the performance of the solar power plant on a day-to-day basis and must be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recovery.
3. Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans, scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
4. To perform all aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required. Perform electric and software component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting, in accordance with its specifications.
5. Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status, and constructive feedback as requested.
6. Responds to emergency call outs. Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites meet requirements and warranties.
7. Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.

Qualifications

1. BE / B. Tech Electrical or equivalent
2. Min. 5 years of proven experience in the solar industry
3. Experience and ability to lead and control O&M teams at different locations.
4. Experience in coordination and realization of HSE procedures on site
5. Ability to manage complex O&M projects, results-oriented working style
6. Knowledge of SCADA systems, and Control and Instrumentation.
