Your enthusiasm for designer toys will make you a competitive candidate. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliAssist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operations /liliProvide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints /liliTrain and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures /liliCollaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets /liliClosely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment /liliControl stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting /liliOwn visual merchandising.
