How will you make an impact?

• Support daily restaurant operations: Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the outlet, maintaining luxury standards in service, quality, and presentation.

• Drive operational performance: Support the achievement of KPIs, guest satisfaction, and cost control objectives.

• Assist in revenue generation: Encourage upselling, promotions, and excellent service to maximize guest spend and overall performance.

• Coordinate team operations: Supervise shifts, ensuring proper staff allocation according to occupancy and service needs.

• Support stock and cost control: Assist in managing inventories, minimizing wastage, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Lead and motivate the team: Guide and support Supervisors and operational staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

• Ensure compliance: Help maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across the outlet.

• Enhance guest experience: Be present on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.

• Collaborate with departments: Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B team to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor feedback and improvement: Support in tracking guest feedback and implementing improvement actions.

• Assist in events and activations: Contribute to special events, dining experiences, and lifestyle concepts within the outlet.

Are you the person we are looking for?

• Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or high-end restaurant environments, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Strong organizational and team coordination skills.

• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

• Good understanding of F&B operations and service standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Hands-on, flexible, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
