WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING We need someone like you to help us in different fronts: Develop and implement the target operational model of reputational risk for ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) risks in coordination with other areas of risk management, business and business support. This operating model should include reputational risks related to corporate commitments, ESG strategy, corporate information, controversies management, financial activity in different customer segments (wholesale banking, private banking, commercial banking, private banking), development of new business lines, corporate investments, suppliers, communication and advertising, etc. Lead the development and updating of reputational risk policies and criteria in the ESG field. Assessment of the applicable regulations on ESG risks and definition of action plans for prevention and management of reputational risk. Collaboration with the areas and countries for the implementation of the Group’s policies and appetite and their integration into the Bank’s internal management and processes. Development of the methodology for calculating the reputational impact derived from socio-environmental risks and impacts. Validate and provide advice on reputational risks to business units and business support functions and other risk functions on transactions, customers, suppliers, banking products and services, etc. Validate regulations, annual programs and control frameworks submitted by local units by issuing specific recommendations. Design and implement tools to facilitate data management processes, information consolidation and reporting. Elaboration of indicators and management reports for the reputational risk function. Attendance to senior governing bodies and preparation of the information regarding the reputational risks of operations, clients, entities with social and environmental impacts as a complement to the overall risk analysis. Develop and implement the training program for the various local and corporate units. EXPERIENCE At least 15-20 years of experience in international work environments, or in areas of consulting, internal audit, risks. Bachelor degree preferred in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or Environmental Sciences. Preferably postgraduate training in environmental management. Extensive knowledge and experience in risk analysis and social and environmental impacts. Extensive knowledge and experience of the regulatory environment, trends and good practices in ESG. Experience in the elaboration of corporate information, development of indicators and consolidated reports. Extensive experience in multidisciplinary environments and international environments, with strong communication skills and abilities for collaboration, coordination and integrating other areas. EDUCATION Bachelor degree preferred in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or Environmental Sciences. Preferably postgraduate training in environmental management. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of reputational risk associated with social and environmental impacts linked to financial operations and other banking activities. Ability to quickly understand ad assess complex situations, dilemmas, make decisions and escalate when necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Project management capacity and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Experience in providing training in English and Spanish. Very high level of English is required (oral and written level).
