What You'll Be Doing:

Leading photo and graphic design projects from the creative side and guiding the artists involved.

Helping shape all the visual materials — from the first idea to the final result.

Juggling tasks simultaneously, setting priorities, and adjusting plans when needed.

Reviewing visual content to ensure it’s on point and makes sense for the project.

Keeping an eye on quality and finding ways to improve our work.

Setting the tone for the team — creating a positive, inspiring, and collaborative vibe.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with creative teams in a studio or agency setting.

A solid grasp of the tools, workflows, budgeting, and behind-the-scenes of graphic design, photo shoots, and ad visuals.

Great taste and a strong visual sense — plus the ability to lead, mentor, and energize other creatives.

A sharp eye for visual details — you notice what others miss.

A team player who can stick to deadlines and work well with others.

Comfortable with English. If you mostly speak RU, no worries, we’ll figure it out if you’re a great fit.
