Hi there, thank you for your interest in our position and company. At this stage of your job application process, you'll need to complete a game-based assessment. This neuroscientific assessment consists of a set of short, engaging mini-games, that will help us get to know you better. We make use of this game-based assessment to provide all of our candidates with an equal opportunity to showcase their talents and personality, measured through a bias-free method. We might also ask you some questions about your work experience since a traditional CV can lead to different types of bias. The assessment takes approximately 12 to 18 minutes. Make sure to connect to a stable WiFi, look for a place where you can concentrate, turn off your notifications, and read all instructions carefully. You can complete the assessment both on your mobile and desktop. If you are completing the assessment on a desktop, we recommend using a mouse.
