pJob Responsibilities: /ppbr/ppAfter-Sales Technical Management (EV Focus) /pp • Lead and optimize the EV after-sales technical support system across authorized dealers and service partners. /pp • Provide technical guidance on high-voltage systems, battery, e-motor, inverter and vehicle control systems. /pp • Act as the escalation point for complex, critical or recurring technical issues. /pp • Manage and implement Technical Service Bulletins (TSB), service campaigns and recalls. /ppbr/ppQuality Control Continuous Improvement /pp • Establish and execute the EV after-sales quality control framework, including repair quality audits and technical compliance checks. /pp • Analyze warranty claims, technical complaints and field data to perform root cause analysis (RCA). /pp • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance key quality KPIs: First-Time Fix Rate, repeat repair rate, warranty cost, CSI, etc. /ppbr/ppWarranty Quality Cost Management /pp • Ensure proper implementation of EV warranty policies in compliance with OEM standards and local regulations. /pp • Review and manage warranty claims to control quality-related costs. /pp • Regularly report quality and technical performance to regional and HQ teams. /ppbr/ppDealer Service Network Management /pp • Define and deploy EV technical and quality standards across the service network. /pp • Conduct technical and quality audits at dealers and service workshops, following up on corrective actions. /pp • Support after-sales network expansion and EV capability readiness at new service locations. /ppbr/ppTechnical Training Capability Development /pp • Develop and implement EV technical training programs, including high-voltage safety, battery diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting. /pp • Coordinate online and on-site training, certification and technical competency assessments. /pp • Work closely with HQ engineering, quality and training teams. /ppbr/ppCross-Functional HQ Collaboration /pp • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Customer Care, Parts Logistics and Sales teams. /pp • Act as the technical and quality interface between the Spain market and global headquarters. /ppbr/ppbr/ppQualifications: /ppEducation /pp • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or New Energy related). /pp • Quality management training or certifications are a plus. /ppbr/ppExperience /pp • 5+ years of experience in after-sales, technical support or quality management within the automotive industry. /pp • Hands-on experience with EV OEMs, importers or premium automotive brands is highly preferred. /pp • Experience in building or scaling after-sales systems in fast-growing markets is a strong advantage. /ppbr/ppTechnical Skills /pp • Solid knowledge of EV high-voltage systems, battery, e-motor and power electronics. /pp • Strong understanding of after-sales quality processes, warranty management and data analysis. /pp • Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and work cross-functionally. /ppbr/ppLanguages /pp • Spanish: Fluent /pp • English: Professional working level /p
