We are looking for candidates for the position of After-Sales Engineer.

The main responsibilities associated with this role, and which you will have the opportunity to develop with us, are the following:

  • Provide technical assistance for Nidec Arisa presses and peripheral equipment via phone, email, etc.
  • Plan and supervise interventions carried out by the Technical Service team at customer sites, and prepare final reports.
  • Advise customers on products, processes, safety and hygiene, automation systems, and machine upgrades.
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of preventive and proactive maintenance plans.
  • Prepare quotes and cost estimates for spare parts, repairs, and service interventions.
  • Propose machine improvements, with the technical support of Nidec Arisa.
  • Manage the production and supply of machine components requested by customers.
  • Provide support to NP&A Local Service Teams (currently in Mexico, USA, Brazil, Germany, and China).
  • Deliver technical training to customers.

Education: Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial) or Higher Vocational Training in Maintenance/Mechatronics.

Solid experience in technical support is required. Advanced knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity is essential. Basic knowledge of automation/programming and proficiency in SAP will also be valued.

We are looking for dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented individuals with an open and international mindset. A good level of English is essential, and a basic command of Spanish is required. Knowledge of a second language (French and/or German) will be considered a plus. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
