Leading technology company in the sector. Sales Director Iberia & Business Development Successfully negotiate annual extra prima agreements with agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertisers, and agencies at senior levels to drive new business and retain existing accounts. Evaluate customer business needs and analyze market trends to develop customer centric product and service solutions. Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products. Leverage Sales technology and business resources to provide end-to-end sales consultative services Support Finance for the development and management of budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met. Attract, hire and retain top sales talent by providing leadership, coaching and performance management. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Spain market. Lead Key account planning and pipeline management. Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners and Ad Ops Coordinators to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance. Work to develop and implement sales strategies. Oversight to pricing management and strategy. In-depth experience in digital media, data and/or adtech sales and sales strategy ~ Existing senior relationships with the Spanish media buying community ~ Native or bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English ~5-10 years of experience in managing sales teams in a media/data/adtech sales environment ~ High energy and driven sales leader able to create and develop a highly-motivated, success oriented sales team ~ Ability to build and manage relationships with external clients at a senior level
