Sales Director Iberia & Business Development
- Successfully negotiate annual extra prima agreements with agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertisers, and agencies at senior levels to drive new business and retain existing accounts.
- Evaluate customer business needs and analyze market trends to develop customer centric product and service solutions.
- Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products.
- Leverage Sales technology and business resources to provide end-to-end sales consultative services
- Support Finance for the development and management of budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
Strategic Leadership:
- Attract, hire and retain top sales talent by providing leadership, coaching and performance management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Spain market.
- Lead Key account planning and pipeline management.
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners and Ad Ops Coordinators to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance.
- Work to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Oversight to pricing management and strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth experience in digital media, data and/or adtech sales and sales strategy
- Existing senior relationships with the Spanish media buying community
- Native or bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English
- 5-10 years of experience in managing sales teams in a media/data/adtech sales environment
- High energy and driven sales leader able to create and develop a highly-motivated, success oriented sales team
- Strong presentation skills, executive presence and influencing skills are critical
- Ability to build and manage relationships with external clients at a senior level
