About us: ALG is a leading global consultancy team with 35 years of professional experience working alongside the top players in the transport sectors (operators, infrastructure developers and investors, etc.), advising them on how to better prepare to respond to strategic, capacity, infrastructure and operational challenges. Position: We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Data Analytics Team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for Aerospace, Naval, or Industrial Engineering students with an interest in programming, or Mathematics, Programming, or Statistic students with an interest in transportation. You will have a chance to work alongside industry-leading experts in transportation and infrastructure consulting. What You’ll Do:As an Intern, you will participate in an internal project analyzing ADS-B data collected from aircraft. This data includes: Operational details (e.g., aircraft type, origin and destination airports, flight times) Continuous aircraft position data (coordinates, speed, altitude, and heading) You will engage in sub-projects such as: Airspace redesign Airport operations optimization Identifying new flight routes What We’re Looking For: Students with a background in Aerospace/Naval/Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Programming, or Statistics.Strong interest in transportation and programming Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure Self-motivated with excellent analytical and communication skills Team-oriented mindset Why Join Us: At ALG, you'll have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a professional environment, translating theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
