This role is pivotal in crafting compelling, authentic, and high-converting user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with our target audience and significantly boosts conversion rates. You will be the architect of engaging narratives, innovative concepts, and persuasive scripts that transform customer experiences into powerful advertising assets. What You’ll DoConceptualization Ideation:Develop innovative and original UGC concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.Brainstorm and generate a constant flow of fresh, engaging, and shareable content ideas tailored for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media, advertising, and user-generated content to identify new opportunities.Scriptwriting Storytelling:Craft compelling and persuasive scripts that effectively communicate product benefits and drive conversions.Write scripts that are authentic, relatable, and tailored to specific target audiences.Develop diverse script variations to A/B test and optimize performance.Ensure scripts adhere to brand voice and tone while maintaining a natural, user-generated feel.UGC Production Guidance:Provide clear and concise direction to UGC creators, ensuring they understand the creative vision and script requirements.Develop detailed shot lists and creative briefs to guide content production.Collaborate with UGC creators to refine content and ensure it meets quality standards.Provide feedback and guidance to creators to improve their performance and content quality.Collaboration Communication:Work closely with our Traffic Manager to optimize content according to performance and drive better resultsWork closely with marketing, creative, and media buying teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and strategies.Communicate effectively with UGC creators, providing clear direction and feedback.Present campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders.Stay up to date on Meta's advertising policies and guidelines.Qualifications:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and EnglishProven experience in creating high-performing UGC content for Meta advertisingExceptional scriptwriting and storytelling skillsStrong understanding of social media trends and user behaviorAbility to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaign performanceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with A/B testingUnderstanding of advertising metrics and KPIsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of video editing and production is a plusPortfolio of successful UGC campaignsJoin us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand.
