Main responsibility:

1. Responsible for the management of the company's vehicles;

2. Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets;

3. Responsible for the management of the company's office environment;

4. Responsible for Administration (General affair) department expenses management;

5. Responsible for the company's business trip planning work and reception work;

6. Other work assigned by leaders

Report line: HR&AD manager;

Coordinate team: Sales, market, after-sales, financial and other departments.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree, use of the English language for the daily work requirements on a 90%

basis;

2. More than 2 years working experience of administration or General affairs;

3. Other special requirement: service awareness, high execution force, can drive cars;

Language: English fluently, Spanish professional level, Chinese will be a plus
