What are we looking forWe are looking for an administrative profile with good level of English, to maintain and enhance customer relationships and work to achieve the organizational and operational objectives providing an enhanced level of responsibility and support to customers and stakeholdersLOCATION: HQ Cantoria, AlmeríaSmart working (remote 2 days week)Temporary - long term contractWhat you will doRespond effectively to internal external customer queries and requests (Creating Confirming quotations and sales orders, inventory availability, providing shipping information, pricing confirmations… among others)Check all shipment dates are correct and in agreement to customer’s requests coronating with other areas to make sure agreed customer service levels and standards are met.Review and track customer complaint resolution and other customer service issues (Responsible for the root cause investigation ensuring all required parties within the organization are involved for resolution and follow up, escalating when necessary).Participate in continuous improvement and other activities such as analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs, monitor reporting and data base information accuracy, analyzing and sharing functional KPIs with stakeholders and customer to detect improvement areas.…etc, actively participating in cross-functional initiatives.What you need to succeedEXPERIENCE: 2+ years' experience in customer serviceTRAINING:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferredCompetent use of Microsoft Office ExcelDESIRED: Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP´s systems would be ideal. Previous experience working in OTC (Order to Cash) processesLANGUAGES: fluent in English and Spanish (any other languages would be a plus)SOFTSKILLS:Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and EnglishA team player that is adaptable and flexible, can work under pressure and with high workloads whilst managing timeGood interpersonal skillsWhat we do offerStable opportunity where you will be able to be in contact with different departments and gain visibility within the company and knowledge about our Business.
