You will have to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the executive/CM/AM while managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office. Your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Handle the executive's schedule, including scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Provide administrative support such as preparing reports and presentations, managing files and records, and processing invoices and expenses.
  3. Handle meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Moreover, you will offer support to our team in the following activities:

  1. Accounting, company paperwork, supplier invoices reconciliation and posting, manage payments for supplier invoices with central banking, raise tickets for all these transactions.
  2. Assist the organizations in both countries with paperwork required for the operation such as insurances and manage telephone lines.
