You will have to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the executive/CM/AM while managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Handle the executive's schedule, including scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports and presentations, managing files and records, and processing invoices and expenses.
- Handle meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Moreover, you will offer support to our team in the following activities:
- Accounting, company paperwork, supplier invoices reconciliation and posting, manage payments for supplier invoices with central banking, raise tickets for all these transactions.
- Assist the organizations in both countries with paperwork required for the operation such as insurances and manage telephone lines.
