pWe are seeking to hire a professional who combines experience in IT and accounting knowledge, capable of analysing and improving business processes, managing ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), and providing technical and functional support to the accounting and finance departments. /ppWe are looking for someone with proven enterprise level experience, familiar with IT best practices, self-motivated, flexible and proactive. At the beginning, the job will be on site until you are familiarised with the systems and ways of working. This could be flexible. /ppSalary range 40-45k depending on experience /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliEvaluate and analyse business and accounting processes, anticipating requirements and proposing technological improvements. /liliImplement and maintain solutions in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, for financial management, accounting, fixed assets, purchasing, sales, inventory, and tax processes (SII). /liliProvide technical (helpdesk) and functional support to the accounting and finance departments, as well as other related departments. /liliPrepare reports and reporting using Microsoft Report Builder and advanced Excel (including Visual Basic). /liliTrain users in the use of Business Central and other business applications. /liliManage IT projects, developing plans and monitoring the implementation of accounting and operational processes. /liliCollaborate closely with end users and act as a bridge between the accounting, finance, and IT departments. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDemonstrable experience in IT and accounting, especially in the management and support of ERP systems (Business Central). /liliSolid knowledge of accounting and financial processes. /liliSQL Server experience is preferred. /liliExperience with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Visual Basic). /liliAbility to train users and deliver technical presentations. /liliHigh level of Spanish and English (essential). /liliExperience with the A3 Innova human resources system will be valued. /liliCommunication and teamwork skills, collaborating with multiple departments. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongDepartments to Collaborate With /strong /pulliAccounting and Finance (Accounts, Treasury) /liliIT/Communications (ICT) /liliPurchasing /liliResort Management /li /ul
