A fast-growing, innovative company in the sustainable mobility sector is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team in Barcelona. This role will be key in managing customer invoicing, payment tracking, and ensuring timely collections while supporting overall financial health and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of paymentsPrepare and send invoices, credit notes, and account statementsReconcile accounts receivable transactionsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on receivables statusQualifications:5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plusAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentJoin a passionate, mission-driven team and contribute to shaping the future of clean mobility from their Barcelona headquarters.
