We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist join our HQ Finance Team. If you are looking for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
• Update account status records and collection efforts.
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience as an Account Receivable/Collection Specialist or similar role.
• Spanish and English Fluency. Knowledge of other European languages (Italian, German, French) will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
• Familiarity with laws related to debt collection.
