At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Accounts Payable Lead for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the area of Vallés.

Main responsabilities

• Manage and oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Monitor AP aging, cash flow impact, and payment schedules.
• Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.

Required skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• More than 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory rol.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Highly valuable experience in SAP VIM.
