pAt ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Accounts Payable Lead for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the area of Vallés. /ppbr/ppstrongMain responsabilities /strong /pulliManage and oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. /liliLead, coach, and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines. /liliEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. /liliMaintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner. /liliOversee month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. /liliMonitor AP aging, cash flow impact, and payment schedules. /liliImplement and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. /liliCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations. /liliSupport audits by providing documentation and explanations as required. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired skills /strong /pulliDegree in Business Administration, Economics or similar. /liliMore than 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory rol. /liliExperience in multinational environments. /liliFluency in English. /liliHighly valuable experience in SAP VIM. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer /strong /pulliOpportunity to work in an international company. /liliHybrid model. /li /ul
