What you'll be rocking:Invoice reception, registration and posting in SAP (including DUA and invoices posted via file).Checking of invoices data and tax rules based on country of origin and destinationMaintenance and reconciliation of vendor accounts.Accruals calculationPreparation of monthly reports of the areaParticipation in financial auditContact person for internal and external requirements of the areaHelp in other requested tasks of the departmentWhat you bring to the table:At least 2-3 years of experience as Accounts Payable clerk.Mandatory SAP experience focused on Accounts Payable areaPrevious experience in pharmaceutical companies would be an assetSolid understanding of basic accounting principles.Excellent computer skills, advanced in Excel.Educational milestone: Preferably university degree in Economics.Excellent level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.Your key superpowers:Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.Highly responsible, disciplined, proactive, dynamic and methodical individual.Attention to detail.Ability to build relationships with providers and internal departments.Enthusiasm to join a young and growing company in the pharmaceutical industry.
