Responsibilities:

1. Aggregation off all the payment requests in the Tracker, оversee the incoming payments, update the Tracker
2. Ensure that the payment process is in line with the internal policies (the necessary documents are attached, the expense was budgeted, etc)
3. Proceed with all the payments on a regular basis
4. Communication with all the CPs, make reconciliations when needed
5. Journal entries for all the bills to the internat System, bank synchronizations on a regular basis
6. Making entries to the Accounting system
7. Control over bank accounts, maintain the necessary balance on them
8. Participation in automatization processes in the according area of responsibility
9. Be a backup of AP/AR (Subscriptions)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English :
  Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience :
  Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in payments, accounting, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of work and academic experience.
• Analytical Excellence :
  Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Educational Background :
  Currently studying or holding a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Work Authorization :
  Must have a valid work permit to work in Spain.
