We do this through talent acquisition and development solutions that focus on people, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and cutting-edge technology. To support their growth in the Spanish market, they are seeking a high-performing sales professional to develop their Food&Beverages Flavors division We are recruiting a Sales Manager to spearhead business development across Spain. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director , the successful candidate will be responsible for growing the food flavors portfolio and ensuring long-term client loyalty. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to determine market expectations and sales forecasts Advise clients on aromatic compositions and promote the company’s technical expertise and product performance Manage contracts, volumes, and margins under the supervision of the Commercial Direction. Ensure regular client interaction via visits, video calls, and phone calls to maintain loyalty Work with the Sales Administration team to monitor contract execution and handle customer requirements (quality audits, specifications). Ideally a first successful experience in a technical-commercial role within the food flavors or ingredients sector Proven ability in commercial prospection and building professional networks Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business, Food Science, or an equivalent field Proficiency in English French would be a plus Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, customer needs analysis, and market trend tracking Type: Full-time position.
