We are an outsourcing company with clients across Europe, USA, and Asia. We are seeking entry-level accountants (PTP, OTC, Cash & Bank/Treasury) with some experience to work in one of our valued client offices in Madrid, Spain. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to develop their careers in an international environment.

Open Positions:

Purchase to Pay (PTP) Accountant

• Process supplier invoices, payment proposals, and invoice queries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and support audits.
• Handle PTP reconciliations and assist in month-end/year-end closing.
• Analyze KPIs and suggest process improvements.

Cash & Bank / Treasury Accountant

• Process financial transactions (AP, AR, general ledger, and journal entries).
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Develop reports, analyze KPIs, and suggest efficiency improvements.

Order to Cash (OTC) Accountant

• Manage customer master data and oversee invoicing processes.
• Process credit applications, deductions, and incoming payments.
• Analyze overdue invoices and handle dunning processes.
• Support customer queries and ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS standards, and SOX regulations.

Proficiency in SAP or SAP S4, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Fluent in English (C1 level).

Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
