pWe are currently looking for a strongManco Accountant /strong to join the Accounting function of an strongimportant international client within the real estate sector /strong. This is a strongfull-time position based in Valencia /strong, working in a highly international environment and supporting Management Companies (Mancos) across Europe. /ppFor this process, we kindly ask candidates to strongshare their hourly or daily rate /strong, rather than fixed salary expectations. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide accurate accounting for all transactions based on agreements, invoices, bank statements and tax assessments. /liliSupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes. /liliPerform balance sheet reconciliations across the full balance sheet. /liliConduct impairment analysis and going concern assessments. /liliPrepare management and ad-hoc reporting, including statutory financial statements. /liliEnsure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements (e.g. VAT filings, annual tax returns, Central Bank reporting, Office of Statistics). /liliEnsure intragroup service agreements (recharges) are executed accurately and on time, and that recharged costs are properly reconciled. /liliReconcile intercompany and related-party balances. /liliLiaise with legal, compliance, treasury and tax teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. /liliPayroll bookkeeping support. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMinimum strong4–5 years of experience /strong in accounting. /liliUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or a related field. /lilistrongFluent English /strong, both written and spoken. /liliSolid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles. /liliPrevious involvement in company audits. /liliProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. /liliStrong numerical skills and high attention to detail. /lilistrongAdvanced Excel skills /strong. /liliStrong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. /liliExperience in strongreal estate /strong is a plus. /li /ulpstrongWhat’s Offered /strong /pulliFull-time position for a leading international client. /liliInternational and collaborative working environment. /liliExposure to multi-country accounting operations. /liliLong-term project with professional development opportunities. /liliLocation: Valencia. /li /ul
